This is for any concern, idea, suggestion, etc. from any parent, scouter, scout, leader, etc.

Policy for a scout to ask for a Scoutmaster Conference and/ or board of review.
Scout must give one week notice in writing to Scoutmaster for conference.
This can be a simple note. Does not need to be formal.
Scout must give one week notice in writing to Committee Chair for board of review. This can be a simple note does not need to be formal.
No board of reviews will be held on committee meeting nights. This is usually on the 2nd Tuesday of each month but could be other weeks due to holidays etc.
